Job summary

Black & Veatch in Austin, Texas seeks a Project Engineering Manager for Water & Wastewater Conveyance to lead multi‑discipline teams on municipal projects. You will mentor engineers, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients and project management to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum 5 years related work experience.
• Active engineering registration/licensure (EOR) to support BV projects.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, MVR, as applicable).

• Lead multi-discipline engineering teams on municipal projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and client communications.
• Mentor staff and oversee engineering deliverables.
