Job summary

Veolia Group seeks a Senior Process Engineer to join the Technical Direction and Process Validation (TDPV) team. You will collaborate with Process Engineers and SMEs to evaluate projects involving new construction, fleet-based solutions, and utilization of existing customer assets.

Responsibilities include detailed process design calculations, PFDs/P&IDs, and supporting Sales/CE teams. You will conduct site audits, provide safety input to field services, and contribute to a range of water

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline. Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read and understand proposal documents and specifications from technical and commercial perspectives.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed process design calculations and develop/process PFDs/P&IDs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Sales and CE teams; represent Veolia in technical discussions.
• Conduct site and field audits of existing plants to evaluate performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop and review process design estimates, block flow diagrams, and P-table documentation for proposals.
• Coach and mentor team members and provide remote/on-site process training as needed.
• Support lifecycle cost analyses and compare flowsheets to optimize technical/economic outcomes.
