AtkinsRéalis seeks a Senior Water Market Leader in Austin, TX to drive water infrastructure strategy and lead multi-project delivery. You will mentor teams, manage client relationships, and identify growth opportunities across the Greater Austin area.

Qualifications include a Texas PE license, 15+ years in water projects, and strong writing/communication skills to support proposals, contracts, and deliverables.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering required; MS preferred.
• Texas PE license required.
• 15+ years of technical experience in water/wastewater infrastructure preferred, with local Austin-area experience desirable.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills; proven client relationship and business development ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide water industry leadership to AtkinsRéalis projects and initiatives.
• Drive water market strategy focusing on Greater Austin infrastructure.
• Develop and manage strategic client relationships and growth opportunities.
• Identify and recruit staff critical to growth and project success.
• Lead multi-project delivery, negotiating contracts with clients and sub-consultants.
• Mentor project teams and ensure QA/QC on complex projects.
• Oversee work plans, scopes, schedules, budgets, and final design reports.
