Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• PE in Texas or ability to obtain licensure within six months.
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• Experience developing, writing, and pricing scopes of work for proposals.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage infrastructure projects from planning through final design and cost estimates.
• Provide technical oversight for pipelines, and treatment facilities.
• Manage multiple projects with scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Maintain and expand client relationships and support business development.
• Ensure technical accuracy and adherence to engineering standards and documentation.
• Evaluate design options and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide construction support and interpretation of plans and specifications.
• Make independent assessments of engineering problems and propose solutions.
• Achieve project profitability and utilization targets.
• Mentor and lead junior engineers and project staff.
