Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the Houston area seeks an experienced Senior Engineer for Water/Wastewater Linear Infrastructure to lead design teams, develop plans, specifications, and cost estimates for municipal pipelines. The role includes project management responsibilities and opportunities to provide program management services across Texas.

Qualifications

• Excellent water and/or wastewater design skills.
• PC skills including Microsoft Office are required.
• Experience with Autodesk design packages (e.g. Civil3D) a plus.
• Professional Engineer Licensure in TX, or reciprocity possible within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage design efforts on water infrastructure projects.
• Develop conceptual and final construction plans, specifications and cost estimates.
• Serve as Project Manager for local projects and studies, with potential program management responsibilities.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders and other disciplines to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
