Job summary

Ramboll US Corporation seeks a Subject Matter Expert in Water Infrastructure to lead large-scale water and wastewater projects, focusing on large diameter mains, CSO, and rehabilitation strategies. You will guide design, cost estimates, reports, and proposals while mentoring junior staff.

You will collaborate with a global Ramboll team, engage clients and stakeholders, and ensure high-quality deliverables across Americas regions, promoting sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead complex water infrastructure projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop design and engineering staff.
• Experience engaging with clients and project owners; capable presenter.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Lead on large, complex programs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver design deliverables.
• Develop design drawings, specs, and cost estimates.
• Prepare technical reports and client guidance; support proposals and fee estimates.
• Provide site support: inspections, scheduling, and punch lists.
• Mentor design/engineering staff and contribute to trainings.
• Engage with professional affiliations and present Ramboll capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across regions.
