Job summary

Ramboll in the Americas seeks a Senior Technical Lead for Water/Wastewater Infrastructure. This remote role can be performed from anywhere in the USA, with some travel required to project sites and client meetings.

You will serve as a technical lead on large programs, review and coordinate multi-discipline design deliverables, develop technical approaches for proposals, and mentor design staff while advancing Ramboll’s water practice in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.

Qualifications

• B.S. Civil/Environmental Engineering or equivalent required; 12+ years of experience preferred.
• Expertise in water and wastewater linear infrastructure design, including large-diameter mains and CSO.
• Strong mentoring and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Technical Lead on large, complex programs.
• Coordinate design deliverables from multiple disciplines, including calculations, drawings, and cost estimates.
• Prepare technical approaches for proposals and fee estimates for water and wastewater projects.
• Train and mentor design and engineering staff.
• Engage with professional affiliations to showcase Ramboll’s capabilities.
