Ramboll invites a Subject Matter Expert to lead and shape cutting-edge water infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver large-diameter transmission and CSO solutions, and mentor engineers while engaging clients and stakeholders worldwide.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, rigorous design, and clear communication within Ramboll's global Water practice and Americas operations.

Qualifications

BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering with 15+ years of experience desired; demonstrated expertise accepted.
Technical expertise in water and wastewater linear infrastructure design (large diameter mains, CSO, stormwater).
Licensure/ability to obtain licenses in Northeast, MidAtlantic and MidWest regions.
Strong mentoring and leadership skills for engineering teams.
Excellent client-facing communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as Technical Lead on large, complex programs.
Lead quality reviews and coordinate multi-discipline design deliverables.
Develop design drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
Prepare technical reports and provide client direction.
Support construction phase activities including cost estimating and site reviews.
Prepare proposals and fee estimates for water/wastewater projects.
Mentor design staff and foster team development.
Interact with internal stakeholders and external clients/vendors.
