Job summary

HDR, Inc. in Boston seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large, multidisciplinary projects in the Water Business Group. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and client relations from development through close-out. A Bachelor’s in Engineering and 10 years of related experience are required, with at least 5 years in project management; PE license and PMP are preferred. This full-time on-site role offers ownership of complex initiatives in the New England area.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
10 years related experience.
Minimum 5 years project management experience.
Professional engineer license (PE) or equivalent.
Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate work of single or multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Handle large, complex projects with significant technical scope and staffing.
Coordinate multiple projects concurrently and maintain client relations.
Lead meetings with stakeholders on design, production, and marketing aspects.
Ensure deliverables meet schedule, budget, and QA/QC standards.
Mentor junior Project Managers and supervise large staffs.
