Job summary

Dominion Water & Sanitation District in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead capital projects from planning through closeout. This full-time role requires strong leadership and expertise in water utilities.

You will manage field teams, contractor contracts, budgets, schedules, permits, and QA/QC, while coordinating with engineers and operations. Salary ranges $135,000-$155,000 per year plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of construction management experience with end-to-end project oversight
• Strong understanding of water/wastewater capital construction and project management
• Willingness to travel to meetings and conduct site visits
• Proficiency with scheduling software (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project)

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from planning to closeout, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Coordinate field crews, contractors, and operations teams; manage schedules, permits, and payments
• Document and report project progress, risks, and decisions with meticulous recordkeeping
• Ensure quality control and compliance with company protocols and regulatory requirements
