Qualifications

• Three or more years of construction management experience.
• Experience working for a municipality, water district, general contractor, or consulting firm supporting municipal projects is highly preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, permitting, construction, and startup of projects.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, government entities, residents, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance, quality, safety, and budget objectives.
• Review designs and manage consultant and construction contracts.
• Monitor schedules and project performance; coordinate inspections and testing.
• Manage RFIs, permits, change orders, and submittals; provide progress updates.
