Qualifications

• PE license required and active.
• 10+ years of experience with large diameter water/wastewater pipelines and facilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Ability to manage multiple design teams and concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Conducts QA and QC activities reviewing project reports, design drawings, and specs.
• Leads design concept reviews for complex projects.
• Provides technical guidance to Project Managers and Principals.
• Contributes to pursuits including proposals and statements of qualifications.
• Maintains key client relationships at decision-making levels as client manager.
• Reviews and grows internal technical capabilities across disciplines in civil engineering.
• Mentors staff to execute detailed design and project closeout.
• Maintains familiarity with AWWA, ASCE, and ASTM standards and specs.
