Job summary

Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) seeks a seasoned engineer, project manager, or program manager to lead the Willamette Water Treatment Plant project. You will guide the delivery team, manage contracts, budgets, and schedules, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a resilient, compliant facility.

This role requires eight years of PM experience in water projects, supervision experience, and PMP/PgMP certification.

Qualifications

• Eight years of professional project or program management experience in Water/Wastewater initiatives.
• Four years of direct supervision in a multi-functional work environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or PgMP; PE in Oregon or reciprocity within six months.

Responsibilities

• Lead full program life cycle with governance and planning across teams.
• Oversee Owners Agent contracts, vendor resources, and bid processes.
• Develop schedules, manage budgets, assess risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with operations, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
• Maintain program documentation, risk logs, and performance dashboards.
