Job summary

Veolia in North America seeks a Construction Manager for a PFAS treatment project at the Haworth Water Treatment Plant (188 MGD). You will oversee design-build collaboration and on-site construction, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery.

The role demands 15+ years in water/wastewater project management, a PE license is preferred, and you will coordinate with operations, regulatory teams, and commissioning to meet safety and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering required.
• Minimum 15 years of water/wastewater design and construction project experience.
• Strong scheduling, cost analysis, and contract terms experience.
• Experience with design-build and alternative project delivery methods.
• Regulatory permitting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities and manage design-build partner performance.
• Ensure safety compliance and QA/QC across phases.
