Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Construction Manager for a major PFAS treatment project at the Haworth Water Treatment Plant (188 MGD) in Haworth, NJ. This full-time onsite role oversees design-build coordination, safety implementation and commissioning through multiple project phases.

Required are 15+ years in water/wastewater projects, PE license preferred, and strong budgeting, scheduling and reporting capabilities. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Thorough working knowledge of water and wastewater process applications.
• Strong communication, listening, presentation and reporting skills.
• Familiar with project control tools and document control.
• Financial analysis skills including budget management and project risk assessment.
• Experience with design-build and other alternate project delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities for large capital infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee construction activities and supervise the construction team on site.
• Coordinate with Design-Build partner and Owner Advisor across Phases 0–2.
