Job summary

Veolia in North America is seeking a Construction Manager for the PFAS treatment project at the Haworth Water Treatment Plant (188 MGD), using a progressive design-build approach. The CM will oversee construction, coordinate with the Designer/Build partner, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery while upholding Veolia safety rules.

This full-time onsite role spans multiple phases from design-build review to commissioning, with a strong emphasis on project control, QA/QC, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years experience managing water/wastewater design and construction projects.
• Experience with design-build or integrated project delivery methods.
• Experience with regulatory permitting and local approvals.
• Strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities for the PFAS treatment project at Haworth WTP.
• Coordinate with the Design-Build partner to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Ensure QA/QC and Veolia safety rules are followed throughout construction and commissioning.
