Job summary

Veolia North America seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-year capital projects at the Haworth WTP from inception through commissioning. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring safety and QA/QC, and delivering on time and budget.

Ideal candidates hold 15+ years in water/wastewater design and construction, with strong scheduling, cost analysis, and regulatory expertise; PE license is preferred and PMP/CM certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience managing water/wastewater design and construction projects.
• Experience with upgrade projects, project scheduling, cost analysis, and contracting terms.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and alternate project delivery methods (design-build, IPD).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large capital infrastructure projects from inception to commissioning.
• Coordinate with Operations and cross-functional teams to develop design and construction solutions.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety rules, and timely delivery aligned with Veolia objectives.
• Manage interfaces with Design-Build partners and project controls.
