Job summary

Veolia in North America seeks a Project Controller to develop, implement and manage control and reporting tools for cost, planning and documentation at the Haworth Water Treatment Plant (WTP). This full-time onsite role requires a Civil or Mechanical Engineering background and 5+ years of large-construction experience, with proficiency in MS Project, AoDOCs or Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience in Water/Wastewater Design & Build projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large, complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction planning activities to develop the overall plan.
• Manage project schedule and deliverables per processes and procedures.
• Produce cost and progress s-curves.
• Liaise with managers and Engineers of all departments to discuss progress and address issues.
• Draft letters, memo and reports on project control issues (Documentation, Cost, Planning).
• Assist Contract manager and Procurement in disputes with contractors/suppliers.
