Job summary

Veolia in North America is seeking a Project Controller to develop, implement and manage control and reporting tools for documentation, cost and planning at the Haworth Water Treatment Plant location. This full-time onsite role involves coordinating with engineers across departments to ensure schedules, budgets and deliverables are met.

Required are a Bachelor's in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent), 5+ years in large construction projects, and proficiency with project control tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience in Water/Wastewater Design & Build projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large, complex, construction projects

Responsibilities

• Manage construction planning activities to develop the overall plan.
• Manage project schedule and deliverables per processes and procedures.
• Produce cost and progress s-curves.
• Liaise with managers and engineers across departments to discuss progress and issues.
• Draft letters, memos and reports related to Project control (Documentation, Cost, Planning).
• Assist Contract manager and Procurement in disputes with contractors/suppliers.
