Qualifications

• BA/BS in Civil/Mechanical/Hydraulic/Environmental Engineering or related field plus 6 years related experience
• Experience leading complex estimating and constructability in water/wastewater
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to clients and leadership

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable of the Company estimating systems and processes.
• Understands estimating terminology and measures and recognizes estimating actions impacting the project.
• Participates with management in strategy and plan development.
• Analyses estimations to predict key project issues.
• Evaluates business opportunities and potential profitability.
• Supervises junior staff and documents performance.
• Develops talent and participates in staffing decisions.
• Prepares Estimate Plan, Basis of Estimate and qualifications.
• Develops historical project data and benchmarks.
