Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Water Engineering to lead large multidisciplinary projects from development through close-out, directing diverse teams and managing budgets. You will coordinate design, production meetings and client relations to deliver high-quality water infrastructure solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering, 10+ years of experience, a PE license, and PMP/other certifications are a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; Master's preferred.
• PE license required or licensed in location of position.
• PM certification (PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Lead large multidisciplinary projects with high technical complexity and staffing.
• Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently.
• Establish and maintain client relations and participate in marketing, design and production meetings.
• Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate staffing and workload through project life cycle; ensure on-time deliverables.
• Track financials; adjust effort to meet budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations and Business leadership for reviews.
• Implement QA/QC procedures; mentor junior project managers.
