Job summary

SEH is seeking a Senior Water Engineer / Project Manager to lead Minnesota water infrastructure projects, including treatment, pumping, conveyance, storage and distribution. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and foster strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes collaboration, growth of the water practice, and maintaining long-term partnerships while supporting business development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or related engineering field.
Professional Engineer registration is required.
Significant experience leading design and delivery of water and/or wastewater projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, design, and delivery of water infrastructure projects (treatment, pumping, conveyance, storage, distribution).
Serve as senior client partner, building long-term relationships through planning to delivery.
Mentor multidisciplinary engineers and designers, setting direction and culture.
Develop creative and resilient solutions to water challenges.
Identify and manage project risk with cross-functional teams to ensure quality.
Support practice growth through proposals and client expansion.
