Job summary

SEH, an employee-owned engineering firm, is seeking a Senior Water Engineer / Project Manager to lead our Water/Wastewater team in Minnesota. You will guide multidisciplinary teams on treatment, pumping, conveyance, storage, and distribution projects from planning through delivery.

You’ll manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, nurture client relationships, and mentor engineers. The role emphasizes leadership, growth, and delivering practical, cost-effective water solutions for communities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or related engineering field is required.
Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required.
Significant experience leading the design and delivery of water and/or wastewater treatment and conveyance projects.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership for planning, design, and delivery of water infrastructure projects.
Serve as senior client partner, maintaining long-term relationships from planning through delivery.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers, setting technical direction.
Guide development of creative and resilient solutions to complex water challenges.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and manage project risk and ensure quality.
Support practice growth through proposals, strategic pursuits, and expanded client relationships.
