Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in water efficiency, reuse, or related areas.
• Advanced degree in environmental or sustainability fields with at least 10 years of equivalent experience.
• Expertise in water efficiency and reuse, including water-energy interdependencies or applied water economics.
• Knowledge of water and wastewater utility operations and practical/regulatory realities.
• Proven ability to secure funding from foundations, corporations, or government sources.
• Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects and portfolio oversight.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent writing and presentation skills; strong communication.
