Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or related field.
• Eight (8) years of progressive professional experience with at least three (3) years in a supervisory capacity.
• A Master's degree may substitute for two years of non-supervisory experience.
• License: None.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage employees and activities within the Distribution System Maintenance and Operations Section of Drinking Water Operations.
• Oversee Water Service Request Investigations; Leak Detection Support; Valve Operations Support; repairs of mains, service lines, hydrants and valves.
• Contribute to service level improvements by analyzing metrics and developing strategies.
• Meet with staff and leadership to ensure shared objectives and teamwork.
• Develop strategic goals, define objectives, and measure performance of staff.
• Establish policies, procedures, and program management criteria.
• Research, review and analyze data.
