Job summary
Stantec’s US Mountain West Water team seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to lead hydraulic analysis, modeling, and planning for large-scale conveyance and pumping infrastructure across the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West. The role drives regional water supply programs, mentor engineers, and shape multi-hundred-million-dollar capital projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in water/wastewater conveyance planning, design, and hydraulic modeling with senior leadership.
- Washington PE license required; additional Mountain West state PEs preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead hydraulic analysis, modeling, and planning of large-scale conveyance and pumping infrastructure.
- Direct hydraulic modeling (steady-state, extended-period, transient) and WaterCAD model maintenance.
- Mentor engineers and modelers; ensure QA/QC across the team.
