Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operational Studies, IT, Systems Engineering, or related field with 5+ years in watchstander or command center operations.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience; OR Associate’s with 7+ years; OR HS diploma with 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in watchstander/officer/command center operations within defense or intelligence environments.
• Experience monitoring enterprise communication systems, operational tracking tools, and emergency escalation procedures.
• Experience maintaining operational logs, shift handoff docs, and critical status reports.
• Experience creating and communicating complex technical documentation and executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise networks, channels, and threat management systems for situational awareness.
• Receive, log, prioritize, and escalate critical alerts across theater centers.
• Coordinate rapid operational responses with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Draft and publish daily executive summaries and incident briefings.
• Maintain watch logs, baselines, and handoff documentation.
