Job summary

Eagle Contracting is seeking a Project Manager to lead wastewater treatment plant projects in the DFW area. You will oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field coordination to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and high quality.

Growth within a stable, expanding organization is emphasized. The role requires 3+ years as a PM in construction and experience with wastewater, heavy civil, or water infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Experience with wastewater treatment plants, water infrastructure, or heavy civil construction preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage wastewater treatment plant construction projects from startup through closeout.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure successful project execution.
• Track project progress and support schedule development and maintenance.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
• Coordinate and communicate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Assist in resolving jobsite challenges and project issues in a timely manner.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and administrative requirements.
• Support procurement and material management activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and contract requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and maintain effective communication with owners, engineers, and project partners.
• Review subcontractor performance and support project schedule adherence.
• Assist with project forecasting, planning, and risk management strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
