HDR Engineering is seeking a Wastewater Engineer/Manager to join our Water Business Group in Colorado, based in Denver, Fort Collins, or Colorado Springs. The role focuses on growing the wastewater market in Colorado, leading projects such as treatment facilities, pipelines and pump stations, and coordinating with multiple HDR groups to deliver on schedule and budget.

Preferred candidates have 7+ years in wastewater design, MS Office and MS Project skills, and a PE license.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience designing and supporting wastewater projects.
• Strong background in treatment, collection and pump stations.
• MS Office and MS Project proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and pursue new clients and projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across HDR offices.
• Develop design standards and contract documents.
• Provide technical lead on wastewater projects.
• Manage schedules, budgets and staff development.
• Presentations at conferences and client meetings.
