Job summary

HDR has an exciting leadership opportunity in its Rocky Mountain Water program in Colorado Springs, CO. The Sr.

Water-Wastewater PM will market, plan, direct and monitor complex multi-disciplinary water and wastewater projects, interfacing with clients and guiding engineers and CAD professionals to produce master plans, designs and estimates. Ideal candidates hold a PE license with 10+ years related experience and at least 5 years of project management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
10 years related experience.
Minimum 5 years project management experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
MS Office and MS Project experience (Access would be a plus).
Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams through the project lifecycle.
Lead large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high technical complexity.
Manage multiple projects concurrently.
Establish and maintain client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
Coordinate staffing and workload to ensure on-time deliverables.
Monitor project finances and ensure alignment with budget and schedule.
Collaborate with leadership for periodic project reviews and QA/QC procedures.
