Job summary

TransChicago Truck Group in Shorewood, IL seeks a Corporate Warranty Manager to lead our warranty administration team across locations, driving recovery rates and timely processing of warranty repair orders.

You will partner with service managers and dealership leadership to implement best practices, train staff, and ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements while maintaining accountability and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warranty department experience with OEMs.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train the warranty administration team across locations.
• Ensure monthly warranty WIP goals are achieved by the team.
• Manage warranty receivable schedules and prevent overaged liabilities.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure manufacturer requirements are met.
• Participate in manufacturer best practices workshops and training.
• Collaborate with service managers to develop technician guidelines in DTNA Portal tools.
• Develop and maintain a warranty appeals process.
• Coordinate with service managers and manufacturers on policy claims and payments.
• Oversee CPWA claims and maintain healthy communication with customers.
