Job summary

You will drive best practices to improve warranty recovery, ensure timely processing of repair orders, and manage warranty receivables in collaboration with parts and service leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in warranty, strong leadership, and solid communication skills to coach staff and maintain compliance with manufacturer requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warranty department experience with OEMs.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Train and manage the warranty administration staff.
• Ensure monthly warranty WIP goals are met.
• Oversee warranty receivable schedules and prevent overages.
• Audit warranty processing to prevent chargebacks.
• Collaborate with service managers on guidelines and policy claims.
