TransChicago Truck Group seeks a Corporate Warranty Manager to lead our warranty administration team across locations. You will drive warranty recovery, ensure timely processing of warranty work orders, and manage warranty receivables with accountability and collaboration across leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in a warranty department with OEMs, strong coaching skills, and superior communication. Expect to align with DTNA portal tools and best practices across the dealership network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warranty department experience with OEMs.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach and develop staff.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain priorities.
• Experience maintaining procedures and ensuring compliance with company and manufacturer requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train, manage and maintain staff for the warranty administration dept.
• Ensure warranty team meets monthly warranty WIP goals.
• Oversee warranty receivable schedules and prevent aging liabilities.
• Audit dealerships to ensure manufacturer warranty processing standards are met.
• Participate in manufacturer workshops and trainings.
• Collaborate with Service Managers to develop technician guidelines using DTNA Portal tools.
• Develop and maintain a warranty appeals process.
• Coordinate with Service Managers on policy claims and warranty schedules.
• Oversee CPWA claims submissions and maintain healthy customer communication.
