• Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, pool industry, or composites is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; customer-focused and detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Represent Explore Industries in warranty discussions and set clear expectations.
• Review inquiries to determine warranty coverage vs. aftersales repair and initiate steps.
• Schedule and coordinate field service work orders with technical staff.
• Communicate progress, timelines, and resolution status to dealers and customers.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, operations, and legal on claims and dispositions.
