Cigna's Evernorth Health Services is seeking a Warehouse Senior Representative in Memphis, TN to oversee workload distribution for a pharmacy-dispensing team and back up senior technicians. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and solid communication, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM shift.

Responsibilities include creating outbound transfer orders, handling inventory discrepancies, coaching staff, and ensuring policies are followed while driving

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a pharmacy dispensing setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets.
• Familiar with dispensing pharmacy concepts and procedures.
• Experience with warehouse operations and inventory control is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Distribute workload and monitor workflow for the assigned area.
• Serve as first line resource for questions/issues from team; support supervisor.
• Create outbound transfer orders daily from different service branches.
• Support in receipt of transfers from different service branches as needed.
• Manage issues impacting performance and productivity; document, propose solutions, escalate as needed.
• Assist in troubleshooting receipt and inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to policies and SOPs; help meet productivity and quality goals.
• Assist in training staff and developing training materials.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members; work independently.
• Ensure cross-training of team members to cover production functions.
