Job summary

Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, seeks a licensed Pharmacist for an onsite role in Memphis, TN. The schedule is M-F 1:30 PM–10:00 PM, with every other Saturday; Friday off when working Saturday.

You will dispense medications, interpret orders, and oversee technicians to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment. Requires an active RPh license, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Pharmacist license (RPh).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and collaboration with other departments.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret prescriptions accurately.
• Focus on customer service, quality, and accuracy.
• Ability to manage timelines and peak-volume deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Interpret physician orders and dispense medications accurately.
• Supervise technicians and manage workflow in Fulfillment operations.
• Review medications for therapeutic compatibility and interventions as needed.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, infection-control standards, and safe work environment.
• Keep up-to-date with current laws and advise management accordingly.
