Job summary

The Cigna Group's Evernorth Health Services division is seeking a Warehouse Representative in Tempe, AZ to support receiving, stocking and inventory control in a climate-controlled pharmacy operations setting.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, enter data with scanners, and work in a fast-paced team dedicated to accuracy, safety, and timely delivery to patients. This role requires physical stamina and reliable attendance in a role with afternoon/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Basic math, organizational, computer, and communication skills required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for the shift.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and evaluate incoming products safely for correct count and condition.
• Operate material handling equipment to unload trucks and stock the warehouse/pharmacy.
• Enter data accurately using computers and scanners (PDA).
• Ensure workflow and quality standards across warehouse and stock locations.
• Support productivity, safety, and training of team members.
