Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Senior Warehouse Supervisor for its Roseville, MN location. You will lead a team to ensure timely shipments, drive continuous improvement in distribution, and coordinate with production and purchasing for on-time delivery and optimal material flow.

The role requires supervisory experience, Lean manufacturing knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associates or Technical Degree required; five years' related experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Previous supervisory experience and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Computer experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, JD Edwards, SAP, Intranet and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement in distribution and warehousing to improve productivity and material flow.
• Supervise Warehouse personnel to maintain efficient department operation.
• Improve safety, productivity, and material flow; enforce 5S and auditing processes.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and on-time delivery targets of 95% or better.
• Coordinate with production and purchasing to meet customer orders.
