Job summary

Pentair plc, based in Roseville, MN, seeks a Materials Coordinator to lead 2nd shift warehouse operations. You will oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution while maintaining safety and security of the area.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, knowledge of Lean principles, and SAP or similar ERP experience. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving are essential to keep operations efficient and on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and PC literacy.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the shift setup is correct and safety trained.
• Provide training, classes, tools and skills for team members to work efficiently.
• Monitor start-up and 100% completion of assignments.
• Identify root cause and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor quality and adherence to standards.
• Apply Lean principles and sustain 5S in the warehouse.
• Assist with line down periods and track hour-by-hour production.
