Job summary

Pentair is hiring for a Materials Coordinator (Warehouse Lead) on the 2nd shift in Roseville, MN. You will manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution of materials while keeping the warehouse clean and secure. Responsibilities include training, line coverage, and driving Lean improvements. SAP/ERP experience and strong communication are required.

Compensation includes hourly pay with shift differential and opportunities for rate increases after training and proficiency in key skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years' experience in materials coordination or similar role
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) preferred
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Prepare the shift setup and monitor start-up before shift and breaks
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions to improve metrics
• Track production hourly and sustain quality/delivery/cost performance
• Support Lean initiatives and maintain 5S and housekeeping
• Staff for line coverage when others are on break or away
