Qualifications

• Associates or Technical Degree or related field experience.
• Prior supervisory experience with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SAP, JD Edwards, MS Word/Excel/Outlook, SAP; shipping regulations preferred.
• Knowledge of replenishment systems and Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, mathematical reasoning, and problem solving.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to adapt to changing business circumstances and handle interruptions.
• Commitment to improving procedures, documentation and training with stakeholders.
• Willing to work flexible or extended hours under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement efforts to boost productivity and material flow.
• Supervise Warehouse personnel to maintain efficiency.
• Advance safety and 5S standards and auditing within the warehouse.
• Improve inventory flow between warehouse and manufacturing plant.
• Identify root causes of flow issues and implement countermeasures.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through standard work and process discipline.
• Coordinate with production and purchasing to meet 95% on-time delivery targets.
• Complete weekly timesheets and annual performance reviews.
• Address performance issues and apply corrective actions.
• Crosstrain staff to perform all duties including printing, receiving, shipping, transfers, pick-pack.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies; support nondiscriminatory practices.
