Job summary

Direct Customer Solutions, LLC in Bells, TN is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse team and partner with the Operations manager to meet goals. This role ensures efficient shipping/receiving, adequate staffing, and superior service levels.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of supervisory warehouse experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or 3PL settings, with strong communication and regulatory knowledge. Training and development of staff are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in logistics is preferred.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment; pharmaceutical and/or 3PL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Warehouse Technicians including time/activity oversight and performance reviews.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, vault and picking areas; ensure staffing levels meet client demands.
• Ensure customer service levels exceed internal and customer expectations.
• Develop staff and implement employee development initiatives; communicate with senior leaders.
• Maintain compliance with State and Federal regulations; coordinate with Quality on issues.
• Assist with internal/external audits and investigate complaints/nonconformances as appropriate.
• Lead in a positive work environment focusing on excellence, respect, teamwork, and quality.
