Qualifications

• DOT Regulated.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards and customer specs.
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of workers for optimal shift performance.
• Accountable for site KPI and maintain positive labor relations.
• Provide coaching, development and training to staff; conduct performance evaluations.
