Job summary

The role balances safety, service, cost control, and stakeholder relations, with hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor and in strategic planning discussions to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years leading warehouse, logistics, construction support, or mission-critical operations.
• Experience with data centers, industrial facilities, or high-value equipment environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing teams, inventory, budgets, labor planning, and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site operations, including safety, staffing, service delivery, cost management, and operational readiness.
• Oversee receiving, storage, staging, release, inventory control, and space utilization; ensure accurate records and asset protection.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, carrier relationships, transportation planning, and delivery schedules; serve as primary site contact for clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop warehouse and logistics personnel; establish clear expectations and support growth.
