Qualifications

• 3–5 years or more of warehouse operations experience.
• Excellent computer and shipping software/platform skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently manage inbound and outbound shipping processes.
• Maintain real-time records to improve monthly inventory counts; participate in cycle-counting.
• Leverage software systems for data entry and inventory transfer management.
• Coordinate freight shipments and prepare paperwork.
• Communicate shipping-related issues to the logistics team (damages, wrong items).
• Submit damage claims with shipping companies.
• Perform general warehouse duties such as stocking and pulling items.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks; store inventory using FIFO.
• Support warehouse organization and cleanliness across tasks.
