C&F Enterprises Inc. is seeking a senior Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and develop multiple site teams, drive productivity, safety, and cost efficiencies across all warehouse functions.

You will own performance plans and partner with the Operations Manager to align with corporate goals. The role emphasizes culture, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration, with hands-on leadership and a track record of delivering measurable improvements in inventory, shipping, and receiving

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in warehouse operations management preferred.
• Experience with WMS, Apprise or similar systems.
• Ability to travel between warehouse locations.
• Collaborative cross-functional leadership and influence across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-site leadership by coaching, developing, and managing the Assistant Manager and Supervisor teams across all warehouse facilities.
• Set clear area objectives, manage performance reviews, and provide operational guidance, staffing, and feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize productivity and drive cost reductions across sites.
• Direct inventory control, shipping, receiving, and maintenance of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ensure OSHA and safety compliance across all facilities.
• Maintain clear communication with the Warehouse and Operations Manager and drive strategic initiatives.
