Job summary

Veho is seeking a Site Leader to serve as the Senior Operations Manager, guiding the warehouse facility and overseeing sort and driver launch operations. You will coach supervisors and staff to hit KPIs and OKRs.

You will manage the operation’s P&L, drive safety and OSHA compliance, and collaborate with Client Operations to exceed client expectations while continuously improving processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years experience in warehouse operations management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate analytical skills; proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-performing team of supervisors and associates to deliver quality, speed, and service.
• Coach, train, and guide supervisors and associates for career progression.
• Use data to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and safety.
• Lead OSHA compliance and safety reporting.
