Job summary

Batesville is seeking a capable operations leader to manage the Customer Service Center (CSC) team and drive performance across daily operations. You will oversee HR processes, performance reviews, and development plans while maintaining a strong focus on customer service, safety, and cost control.

The role requires process improvement, inventory efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Logistics preferred.
• Minimum of two years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, develop and manage CSC associates.
• Manage associates using HR processes including performance reviews and development plans.
• Ensure high standard of customer service in order taking and problem solving.
• Develop and implement market strategies and profitable customer/product philosophy locally.
• Develop strategies to improve operations and inventory efficiencies at the CSC level.
• Supervise employees and carry out duties per company policies and laws.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to control operational costs and delivery practices.
