Job summary

Batesville is seeking a CSC Team Lead to oversee daily operations and continuous improvement in a local customer service center. You will lead staff, arrange training, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery in line with DOT rules.

The role requires a high school diploma (associate preferred), 3+ years in logistics supervision, a valid license, and JD Edwards experience. Strong leadership and data-entry skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of logistics supervisory experience.
• Experience with JD Edwards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead employees and supervise day-to-day operations.
• Plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance.
• Ensure safety, DOT/OSHA compliance and training.
• Monitor costs, delivery, health and safety, and inventory at CSC.
