Job summary

Lotte Global Logistics North America (LGLNA) in Torrance, CA is seeking a Manager of Warehouse Operations to lead multi-site fulfillment, drive SOPs, and ensure safety, quality and productivity across all facilities. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years of warehouse leadership, with strong leadership, problem solving, and WMS proficiency.

Korean language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional warehouse managers and teams.
• Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency across all warehouses.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
• Oversee daily operations of all warehouse facilities to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and operations metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate shipping and receiving processes.
• Implement effective inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance warehouse operations.
